Academic Affairs Unit
The Academic Affairs Unit of Osun State University is a critical arm of the University Registry responsible for managing the academic administration of the University. The Unit oversees major academic processes including Senate administration, student admissions, examinations, student records management, academic certification, and graduation documentation. Through these functions, the Unit safeguards the academic integrity, quality assurance, institutional credibility, and global recognition of the University’s qualifications.

The Senate represents the highest academic authority of the University and is responsible for decisions relating to academic policies, admission regulations, academic programmes, curriculum governance, examination standards, and graduation requirements. Admissions Sub-Unit
The Admissions Sub-Unit coordinates the admission of students into the University through the Admissions Committee. Examinations & Records Sub-Unit
The Examinations and Records Sub-Unit manages the organization of university examinations, academic records, transcript systems, certification processes, and graduation documentation. It collaborates with Heads of Departments, Deans and Provosts to ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and verification of student academic records and certificates issued by the University.
